OUR LATEST CLUB FUNCTION WAS HELD AT THE BUENA VISTA SOCIAL CAFE AT THE WATERFRONT IN CAPE TOWN WHERE 50 OF OUR MEMBERS ENJOYED PLATTERS OF TAPPAS, CHAMPAGNE COCKTAILS, A DANCE EXHIBITION AND A VERY HUMOROUS AND INFORMATIVE TALK FROM MILTON KOUMBATIS.   ALONG WITH PRIZES IN A BUSINESS CARD DRAW A FUN AFTERNOON FOR ALL.

A seller may need money for various reasons, and Rodel will bridge up to 80% of the nett proceeds available after deduction of agents commission, Rates, bond cancellation figures. 

Therefore there is no need to have to wait 90 days or more to release the equity from a sale.

 

Rodel also bridges rates and levies so if a Seller does not have the cash to pay their rates or levies, Rodel will pay this from the equity of the sale.

All the paperwork is done via the conveyancing attorneys in conjunction with Rodel and the loan is paid back on registration of transfer.
